I started CrossFit training around 2003. Like many, when I first began training with CrossFit, I believed that I was in great shape. I ran every day, usually 60+ miles per week and worked out every day. I had been involved in athletics on/off throughout my life - from football to basketball and over the last several years endurance training. However, my first CrossFit workout quickly changed my mind. With my pride and ego in check, I decided right then that I was going to pursue “elite fitness.” CrossFit makes sense on so many levels. I feel through CrossFit you will become a better person - both physically and mentally stronger. I look forward to everyday coaching and watching the athletes in CrossFit Akron excel.
